Pastor Willie Joe Lightfoot Sr is a dedicated spiritual leader and community organizer. He prefers to be called Pastor Will and is the Pastor of Prayer House Church of God by Faith in Rochester, New York. Pastor Will was born and raised in Rochester, New York. He has been married to his wife, Lady Prophetess Verdina, for 28 years. They have four children, four grandchildren, and an English bulldog named Sapphire.  Pastor Will received his educational training in Rochester, New York, where he holds several degrees.  Pastor Will has been serving God for over 25 years. In 1995, he received salvation in the parking lot of the Orlando Magic Mall in Orlando, FL. Shortly after, Pastor Will joined Adams Street Church of God by Faith, where he served Ruling Elder Rourk as an armor- bearer on both local and national levels. Pastor Will served on the media ministry and started a youth ministry for young boys called Keep It R.E.A.L (Righteous, Enlighten, Acknowledgement, and Love). In 1999, he was called to preach the gospel. In 2004, he was ordained as a minister. 2006, God assigned him to Elder Dailey at Prayer House Church of God by Faith. In 2008, Pastor Will was ordained as an Elder in the C.O.G.B.F.  He was appointed Pastor of Prayer House Church of God by Faith in 2020 and actively works with the youth at his home church.  Pastor Will is an At-Large Member and former Rochester City Council Vice President.  He previously served as a representative of the 27th District in Monroe County Legislature.  Pastor Will has also served as a United States Air Force veteran. He brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his community and ministry.  Pastor Will is a retired firefighter from the City of Rochester Fire Department after 20 years of service. He and his wife own a Real Estate Investment company called OHAD, LLC. He is a NYS licensed Barber and Barber Examiner. He owns and operates a barbershop, laundromat, and mix-use building called Lightfoot Square in the City of Rochester’s Southwest neighborhood.  Pastor Will is known for his commitment to community service and advocacy for the  underserved populations in Rochester.  He has many honors and awards and is a humble person. His favorite scriptures are Psalm 1 and Psalm 37.  Pastor Will's steps are ordered and planted in the body of Christ to better the quality of life for all.
