Build Your House On The Rock

Jesus made it clear in Matthew 7 that the foundation of your life determines whether you will stand or fall when hard times come. Building on the rock means hearing the words of Christ and actually putting them into practice. It is not enough to simply know what He said. Jesus is the rock, the Chief Cornerstone, and His foundation will never crack or crumble. Storms are not a possibility but a certainty, and the difference between standing and falling is not whether the storm hits but what your life is built on. A strong spiritual foundation includes love, forgiveness, obedience, righteousness, faith, and prayer. The time to build is now, because the opportunity is not guaranteed tomorrow. Only what you do for Christ will last.
